HAA Convention Registration – Cancellation & Refund Policy
HAA recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may arise and strives to administer its cancellation and refund policy in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Full Refund Eligibility:

    Registration cancellations submitted on or before March 31, 2026 will be eligible for a full refund of the convention registration fee.

    This deadline allows us to responsibly plan and finalize international shipments from India, as well as manage logistics involving customs, tariffs, and other related costs necessary for the successful execution of the event.

  • Cancellations After March 31, 2026:
    Requests received after this date will be reviewed on an individual basis and considered only in cases of bona fide emergencies, including but not limited to medical or immediate family emergencies.
  • Business Sponsors:
    The above cancellation and refund policy does not apply to business sponsors.
Hotel Reservations:
Hotel reservations are governed by the hotel’s cancellation and refund terms. Any refunds or penalties related to hotel bookings are independent of and not covered by the HAA Convention Registration Refund Policy.
